Resources Inc. began with a commitment to helping students overcome barriers to educational opportunity. That commitment remains at the center of our work as we grow to support the families and the communities surrounding them.
Education is our primary mission, and students are our primary focus. We connect K–12 students with educational resources and guidance that support academic success and future opportunity. Family support and housing guidance help address barriers that can affect a student's ability to learn and thrive.
Our story
Education is where our story began.
Resources Inc. was incorporated as a nonprofit organization in 2025. Our current work focuses on Indianapolis, Indiana, and surrounding counties.
Our work began with mentoring, low to no cost tutoring, educational expense assistance, scholarship searches, college guidance, and career exposure for students from K–12 through college.
Through this work, we saw firsthand how housing instability and financial pressures can disrupt a student's education. Helping students move forward also means helping families find resources that support stability beyond the classroom.
That understanding has broadened our work while keeping educational opportunity at its heart.

As we grow, we are exploring community-development opportunities that can contribute to stable housing and neighborhood revitalization. This direction provides room for future initiatives while keeping students and educational opportunity central to our purpose.
